Last month, some reports indicated that Samsung is planning to unveil a new Galaxy F-series phone dubbed the Galaxy F04 in January 2023.
A dedicated microsite for the Samsung Galaxy F04 recently went live on Flipkart. This is a major sign that the smartphone is headed to the market soon.
Samsung Galaxy F04 Launch Date
Moreover, the landing page reveals a myriad of Galaxy F04 features ahead of launch. According to the Flipkart microsite, the Galaxy F04 India launch will take place on January 4 at 12 pm (IST).

Also, the microsite suggests the device will carry a starting price of Rs 7xxx. So, it is safe to assume that the Galaxy F04 India price will be under Rs. 8,000 (about $97).
Samsung Galaxy F04 Expected Specifications
The Galaxy F04 will reportedly ship with 8GB of RAM. This might include physical as well as virtual RAM, according to a report by GizmoChina.
The phone sports a 6.5 inches display with a waterdrop notch, Moreover, this screen will support an HD+ resolution. The rear panel of the handset has a glossy finish.
For optics, it has a dual-camera setup and an LED flash on the back. Samsung hasn’t officially confirmed the camera specifications.
The Galaxy F04 will boot Android 12 OS, and Samsung will be rolling out two OS upgrades. Under the hood, the phone packs a MediaTek Helio P35 chipset and a 5,000mAh battery.
The entry-level phone will be available for purchase in Opal Green and Jade Purple color options. To recap, Samsung launched the Galaxy M04 entry-level phone in India last month.
The Galaxy M04 is available for purchase exclusively through Amazon India. The Galaxy F04 could be a rebranded version of the Galaxy M04.
