The Samsung Galaxy A12 smartphone has received a major price cut in India before its successor goes official.
The South Korean tech giant is reportedly gearing up to launch the Samsung Galaxy A13 5G smartphone sometime next month. Aside from that, Samsung will be unveiling the Galaxy A33 5G smartphone.
The 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant of the Galaxy A12 originally sold for INR 13,999. However, it has now gone up for sale carrying a lowered price of INR 12,999 via Amazon.

Likewise, the phone’s 6GB RAM+128GB storage variant has received a price cut of INR 1,000. As a result, it will now set you back INR 15,499.

Samsung Galaxy A12 Key Specifications
The Samsung Galaxy A12 sports a 6.5-inch Infinity-V PLS TFT display with HD+ resolution and a waterdrop notch. The 4GB RAM+64GB storage variant packs an Exynos 850 processor on Samsung’s official website listing.
The slightly larger 6GB RAM+128GB storage model, on the other hand, comes with a MediaTek G35 processor. However, both models are nearly identical as far as performance is concerned.
However, the Exynos 850 variant has slightly better benchmark scores. For optics, the Galaxy A12 houses a quad-camera setup at the back.
The rear-mounted camera setup houses a 48MP main camera, a 5MP ultrawide, and two 2MP macro and depth cameras. The phone comes with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 15W charging.
