Pokimane has confirmed that she’d never leave Twitch and join Kick, further explaining why she is against making the jump across like others.

Pokimane says she isn’t planning to join Kick in the future. Notably, the content creator stated that she doesn’t want to “compromise” her “morals and ethics” since she is already happy with where she is at.

To those unaware, the upcoming streaming platform Kick has started roping in well-known Twitch and YouTube superstars by offering them unmissable deals. For instance, xQc recently joined the platform in a new deal that gives him a chance to earn $100 million without fully leaving Twitch.

Likewise, many content creators have been discussing whether or not they will leave Twitch to join Kick. During a recent stream, Pokimane was asked if she is considering joining Kick. Shaking her head, Poki said “Nope.”

Pokimane went on to explain why she will not make the jump across like so many other creators. According to a report by Ddexerto, one fan asked if she would do it for $10 million sum, but Poki brushed it off.

“And it’s not because I’ve got $10 million,” she said, “It’s just because I am good as I am. Why would I compromise my morals and ethics for more money when I have money? Something about that is so cringe to me personally.”

“I understand you know, if you need to make money. For me to do cringe sh*t when I have money, I can’t. Like, ew,” she added. To recap, she previously explained why she’d never make an OnlyF*ns account.

“I know that’s not the career path for me…It’s just like that. I know I like blue and I know I don’t like green peppers. I don’t like the way that they taste. It’s that simple.”

It will be interesting to see whether Pokimane remains true to her word and stays with Twitch. In the meantime, other well-known streamers could be prepping to jump ship to Kick.
