A new OnePlus phone bearing model number MT2111 has received BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification, and it could be the OnePlus 9RT.
On Aug. 28, Twitter user Yash (@i_hsay) revealed that a OnePlus device, that could be the 9RT has received the green light from the BIS. Regrettably, the BIS listing did not divulge key specs of the aforesaid handset. However, previous reports have revealed that the 9RT could launch in India in October.

This suggests that the OnePlus MT2111 could be the much-awaited 9RT smartphone. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer could be gearing up to unveil some Nord branded phones with decent specs. It is worth mentioning here that OnePlus has neither confirmed nor denied whether the MT2111 device is the 9RT or a Nord series device.
Specifications
The device will be an updated version of the OnePlus 9R flagship phone that was unveiled earlier this year. The 9RT will sport a 6.55-inch AMOLED display that will deliver Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The fingerprint scanner has been embedded into the display.

A Snapdragon 870 chipset will be powering up the entire system. Furthermore, it will ship with 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and offer 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Aside from that, it has a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging support. In the optics department, the phone houses a 16MP camera. The rear-mounted camera setup features a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary camera, a 16MP secondary lens, and a 2MP camera.
