According to the company, the Japanese pop singer has been roped in to perform at the 71st Kohaku Utahime Gassen, which alludes to an annual New Year’s Even program featuring some of the most popular overseas singers. LiSA will be performing a special medley sourced from Demon Slayer, meaning, fans can expect to hear “Gurenge.”
LiSA made her comeback this fall to Demon Slayer for the anime’s first movie. It featured the single “Homura” from LiSA as a title track for Mugen Train. She is expected to perform both these songs in her medley, with fans from across Japan tuning in to see the performance.

Aside from LiSA, there will be other pop artists gracing the holiday program. Kiyoshi Hikawa might return to the event for the second year running in a bid to honor Dragon Ball Super. The singer will perform “Genkai Toppa x Survivor” once again to honor Goku and the gang.
