Corpse Husband has been absent from his social media pages, as well as YouTube and Twitch for a while now. The streaming star has left his fans in the dark.

Corpse Husband’s huge popularity can be attributed to his deep voice and upbeat personality. He started narrating true crime incidents and horror stories on YouTube back in 2015.

His videos were more intriguing because he never showed his face. Since his last YouTube video, which was posted on November 2021, the internet star has been absent from his social media pages.

Why did Corpse Husband stop streaming?

As reported by Dexerto, Corpse Husband stopped streaming due to the pressure he felt in entertaining his fans on stream. He told Ironmouse that during every stream he’d be shaking the whole time. In fact, he said, “…Yeah, I don’t really think I enjoy doing this.”

However, he did not stop streaming completely. Instead, he joined in on his friend’s streams, which he reportedly enjoyed more than hosting his own streams.

“I like being on other people’s streams,” he confessed. “I don’t know how the f**k that makes sense.” Despite this, he hasn’t made an appearance on other people’s streams for quite some time now.

Taking to his TikTok account in February, Corpse posted a 15-second long video to promote a hoodie that he had designed in collaboration with Gloomy Bear.

Close friends of Corpse Husband Valkyrae, and Sykkuno, have divulged some details about his absence. “I’ve invited him, but he’s been busy,” Rae said when she was asked about Corpse’s absence from their Among Us lobbies.

’s a very busy man. He told me, ‘Please don’t stop inviting me to things,’ and I was like ‘I promise I will never stop inviting you no matter how many times you reject me’… He is not a streamer you know, he has a lot of other occupations.”

Likewise, Sykkuno mentioned that Corpse Husband has been busy with various commitments. However, neither of them revealed specific details regarding his busy schedule. Aside from a successful music career, Corpse is involved in voice acting.

What do his fans believe?

Interestingly, Corpse’s absence coincides with an alleged face leak. Corpse Husband has been sparing no effort to conceal his face from his audience. However, a Twitter user posted a photo of someone he claimed was Corpse.

Details about the origin of this photo are still scarce. Also, it hasn’t been confirmed that the photo actually was of Corpse. Nevertheless, since privacy was something he valued deeply, this could be one of the reasons Corpse took a break from creating content.

Another reason why he was believed to be absent was his chronic illness issues, which reportedly include thoracic outlet syndrome and GERD, fibromyalgia. In 2020, he informed fans that he wasn’t feeling well, and hadn’t been for some time via a tweet.

However, fans haven’t stopped posting daily comments on his social media pages. One person wrote, “Miss you man hope all is well and you’re doing something you love.”

“We miss you man, hope you’re doing good,” another added.

A third person wrote: “Sending good vibes. I hope you’re doing well and are feeling happier, I miss watching you play video games with your friends but it’s nice to know that you still hang out and play with them off stream. Please keep doing whatever makes you feel happy and take care of yourself.”
