Twitch streamer Alinity has faced criticism for labeling a cashier as racist. She has been in a few controversies before like her account getting suspended in 2020 due to wardrobe malfunction and throwing away her cat. This time she has received backlash for calling a cashier racist.
On June 25, she went to a restaurant with a group on Mizkif’s live stream. HAchubby, a streamer, who was with them has difficulty in ordering food. English wasn’t HAchubby’s first language so she was struggling to explain what she wanted to eat.
In due course, they got their food. After this, Alinity said that it was the cashier who was responsible for the situation as she thought that he was “racist.”

Her statement made netizens angry and caused a hullabaloo. Alinity responded to netizens by apologizing and explaining the situation.
The clip appeared on the internet. A Reddit user newperson0706 posted the clip on the subreddit PublicFreakout with a title that reads, “Millionaire Twitch streamers are jerks to a cashier and then claim he is racist for no reason.”
Netizens were vexed when they saw the streamers accusing the cashier in the situation. Another Reddit user, cardscook77 said that most of the people in the stream disagreed with Alinity’s accusation of racism.
In another stream involving Mizkif and Alinity, they replayed the clip and Mizkif said that calling the cashier racist was unacceptable. Alinity apologized on the stream by saying that there’s no reason to casually call someone racist and says that she won’t be so quick to do that again, per SVG.

Later, Alinity called the restaurant manager, spoke about the situation, and apologized for the group’s behavior to which the manager responded by saying that they were all fine. So, from the manager’s response, it appears that the cashier wasn’t impacted by Alinity’s comment.
